How do I save a word with the extension?
Highlight any word or phrase on a webpage, then click the WordNote icon in your browser toolbar. The word and its surrounding context will be saved to your library automatically.
Why is the extension asking me to sign in again?
Your session may have expired. Click the extension icon and sign in with your Google account. If the problem persists, try removing and reinstalling the extension.
My vocabulary calendar is not showing past activity.
Go to Settings → Data → "Sync historical stats" and click "Sync now". This rebuilds your calendar from all existing words and reviews.
Can I use WordNote without the browser extension?
Yes. You can add words manually from the library page inside the web app at wordnote.id.vn/app.
How does spaced repetition work?
After you save a word, our algorithm schedules it for review at increasing intervals — 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, and so on. Each correct answer pushes the next review further out. This mirrors how long-term memory works.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at sonha2002.12@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete all your data within 30 days.
